HOSA meeting this afternoon has been CANCELED due to an unavoidable issue!!!!! Today’s meeting has been RESCHEDULED for Wednesday, September 9 at 2:45.

The Hispanic Heritage Program is excited to announce auditions for our 2015 program. We are in need of musicians, dancers, and orators. Auditions will be held after school on today, September 3, in Room 172. For more information please contact Mrs. Medina in Student Services.

MISC

The Homecoming dance is Saturday, September 19th. Tickets will be sold during lunch and after school September 14-18. They’re $15/single or $25/couple. If you’re bringing an out-of-school date, you must get a form from the front office. Bring your school ID to the dance—you won’t be let in without it!

Yearbook picture day will be today through Friday, September 2-4, in the Auditorium during a student’s English Class.

This year Seniors will also be taking their pictures at North. They will get four poses and one of them will be a full body shot, please be sure to dress in such a manner that you are a positive representative for the SM North Class of 2016.

Underclass students have received a flyer with payment options for photos — please return that flyer on your picture day. Seniors will not receive a photo order form until after the photos are taken.

Any student absent on Sept. 2 or 3, can also take a photo Friday during English class. This is only for people who are absent Wednesday or Thursday.
