Spirit Squad Info

Spirit Squad is a new program allowing students to help support school athletics

All students are now invited to join Spirit Squad, a newly developed program that allows students to help PEP club support school athletics.

Spirit Squad helps the PEP Club engage crowds at games and assist in poster-making. It is for people who want to show extra support for school teams. Members have mandatory attendance at home games and are asked to attend as many away games as possible. There are currently around 80 members, according to ELA teacher and Spirit Squad Sponsor Kate Miner. However, Spirit Squad is always accepting new members. To join, send an email to Mrs. Miner at [email protected] or ask any PEP Club member.

“[There is a new part of PEP club] that we developed this year called Spirit Squad[…]. It’s just for anybody who wants to be extra supportive of the teams,” Miner said. “They’re just out there supporting us as we support the team and back and forth.”
