Second Semester Attendance Wavier forms are available in the attendance center. Attendance forms will be due no later than Friday, May 22 by 1:00 p.m.
The waiver provision was written into the policy for the sake of students who have something beyond their control happen to prevent them from being in attendance (e.g. a severe illness, court or death in the family). Absences on days such as “senior skip day” or the Royals home opener will not be waived. There are no circumstances under which an UNEXCUSED absence will be waived. 0 All requests for an attendance waiver MUST be in writing and required forms are posed. We request that parents and students plan ahead and begin collecting documentation and turn in waiver paperwork to the SMN Office as soon as possible. All Waiver applications are due in the SMN Office by Friday, May 22, 2015 by 1:00 pm.
Submit your attendance waiver and any additional documentation to the SMN Office. |

Track Meet Results Varsity District
What a way to end off the regular season for our Lady Indians! Our varsity team competed at Chisholm Trail this weekend at the Sunflower League Varsity Championships, and were AWESOME!! Though we ended up in 10th place overall in the League (and just 4 points away from being in 8th place), Coach Katie and I could not be happier with the individual and team successes we had this weekend. The amount of time that we dropped was phenomenal, and although we didn’t finish as well as we may have hoped, I am so proud of everyone and I’m excited for the future of this team! Full results for both the prelims and the finals are posted on the website.
Here are the final team point totals, and a description of individual successes achieved by SMN this weekend. Top 12 in each event made the finals, with the Top 6 being locked into a guaranteed Top 6 finish and receiving medals.
