The Shawnee Mission North ROTC competed on Thursday, January 17. The team competed in 11 events including Inspection, Armed Exhibition, Push Ups, Sit Ups, and 200 meter relay. The team was challenged by Willard High School of Springfield, Missouri, but the Indians were triumphant and received a higher score in every category. “I thought the competition went well and this will better prepare us for our comp in Oklahoma,” said senior, Aron Ruiz. Their next competition ROTC is down in Oklahoma on Saturday, January 26.
