Wrestling is the toughest sport to play, according to wrestling coach Tom Peterman.  As a new coach to SM North, Peterman is appreciative of the help he has received. Even though the team is very young and inexperienced they have the number three state rated wrestler in senior Armando Contreras.

Peterman wants North students to know their wrestlers are working hard to showcase North as a competitor and need more people to come and stick with wrestling.

“Even Olympic Champ Kenny Monday lost his first 14 matches when he started wrestling,” Peterman said.
