MISC

Attendance Waiver is due by December 20, 2012
First Semester Attendance Wavier forms are available in the attendance center.  Attendance forms will be due no later than Thursday, December 20 by 1:00 p.m.

The waiver provision was written into the policy for the sake of students who had something beyond their control happen to prevent them from being in attendance (e.g. a severe illness, court or death in the family).   Absences on days such as “senior skip day” or the Royals home opener will not be waived.  There are no circumstances under which an UNEXCUSED absence will be waived.

All requests for an attendance waiver MUST be in writing.  We request that parents and students plan ahead and begin collecting documentation and turn in waiver paperwork to the SMN Office as soon as possible.  All Waiver applications are due in the SMN Office by Thursday, December 20, 2012 by

1:00 pm. Submit your attendance waiver and any additional documentation to the SMN Office.
