Moments after being announced Homecoming Queen, senior Ruth Long reacts with her brother sophomore Josiah Long. Josiah escorted his sister. I was really nervous, and my brother had been hyping me up and saying, It could be you, it could be you!! and I just kept saying, I dont think its gonna be me, I dont think its gonna be me. And so when it actually happened I was totally shocked and he said, No way, thats you!! and gave me this giant hug. I think he may have been even more excited than me. It was a really sweet moment. Ruth said.
