The North Chess Team qualified five students for the State Tournament to be held March 9 in Wichita, Kansas.  The following students are sophomore Samantha Starr, Ben Peterson, Jacob Swearingen, Matthew Webb & and junior Holly Clark.  Chess Team coaches are orchestra teacher Karen McGhee-Hensel and Pamela Webb.
