Medical Science students spent their morning Thursday, August 30, sharing their expertise in basic anatomy with students from across the Shawnee Mission district as part of the Body Venture interactive learning exhibit.
The event, held at Shawnee Mission North was coordinated by Adaptive Physical Education specialist, Kathy Kochersberger. Medical Science students lead small group lectures about healthy nutrition and exercise and the effects those positive choices on various body parts and their functions.
