Spectre
In this thrilling spy movie a message from his past sends James Bond on a mission to Mexico City and Rome, where he meets Lucia Sciarra (Monica Bellucci), the daughter and widow of a well known criminal. Bond sneaks into a top secret meeting and stumbles upon the a sinister organization known only as SPECTRE.
Meanwhile in London, Max Denbigh (Andrew Scott), the new head of the Centre for National Security, questions Bond’s actions and challenges if the UK needs MI6, which is led by the new M (Ralph Fiennes). Bond enlists his two closest allies, Moneypenny (Naomie Harris) and Q (Ben Whishaw) to help him find Madeleine Swann (Léa Seydoux), the daughter of the evil Mr. White (Jesper Christensen), who may hold the clue to what SPECTRE is up to. Spectre is rated PG-13 and is playing around the city.
The Last Witch Hunter
The modern world in which we live in houses many different and dark secrets, but the most well kept secret is that the terrifying witches still exist among us. Armies of witch hunters have battled this diabolical enemy across our world since the dawn of time, one of these many hunters is a man named Kaulder (Vin Diesel), a chivalrous warrior who managed to kill the most evil witch of all, the Queen Witch (Julie Englebrecht), destroying all of her minions in the process. In the moments before her demise, the Queen cursed Kaulder with immortality, taking Kaulder away from his wife and daughter in the afterlife. Flash back to today Kaulder is the only witch hunter remaining in the world, and has spent centuries hunting down different witches. However, unknown to our hero Kaulder, the Queen Witch has been resurrected and wants revenge on her killer. The Queen Witch is preparing for a climactic battle that will determine whether or not the human race will continue to survive. The Last Witch Hunter is rated PG-13 and is playing around the city.
Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials
In the second chapter of the “Maze Runner” saga, Thomas (Dylan O’Brien) and his Gladers face their most dangerous trial to date: searching for clues to help them figure out what the mysterious and powerful organization known as WCKD has in store for them. Their journey for answers takes them to the Scorch, a desert like landscape crammed full of insane obstacles. Befriending and joining up with resistance fighters, the Gladers take on WCKD’s superior fighters and uncover their secret plans for them all. The Scorch Trials is rated PG-13 and is playing around the city.
