The Jewish Community Center of Greater Kansas City presents KC SuperStar once again. This ‘American Idol’ style competition for high school singers in the Kansas City metro area identifies amazing high school talent through an audition process.
Last year’s KC SuperStar winner, Michaelah Burns, was awarded a $5000 scholarship. This year, that scholarship award has been increased to $7500.
Auditions are Sunday April 22 at Union Station from 3:30 to 7:30 pm and Sunday April 29 at the Jewish Community Center from 1:00 to 5:00 pm.
Pre-registration is encouraged by visiting kcsuperstar.com. there is no fee to participate. Auditioners only need to attend one audition. Plus, the organization or school that signs up the most students to audition will receive a $500 donation.
